Sandy King

Sandy has been training for over 20 years. She is certified as a Personal Training Specialist and Functional Trainer by Can-Fit Pro.

 Her athletic background is extensive. She is:

  • A recipient of the Jimmy Condon Athletic Scholarship for Track and Field 
    Women's Rugby: Nationals --Alberta Representative
    Silver Medalist, WPC World Powerlifting Championships
    Canadian Powerlifting Champion

Sandy has designed fitness programs that include weight training equipment, free weights, balls, bands and body weight. She has worked with individuals between the ages of 14-55+.  Sandy is also the work out partner for One On One's Co-owner Doug Bueckert.
