One On One Fitness

Jay Bakir

Has a BPE in Physical Activity and Sport Performance from the University of Alberta. He has designed and delivered customized personal training programs,taught group based aerobic and weight training programs, and has created and assisted his clients with training programs for pre and post surgery situations. Injury prevention and skill development is important to Jay. He is motivated by promoting long term fitness participation and by helping his clients to develop positive lifeystyle habits. His personal interests are basketball, volleyball, and water skiing.
