One On One Personal Fitness Instruction is staffed with a competent team of six personal trainers. Clients are coached to achieve their own fitness goals. The One On One Fitness approach looks at balanced nutrition while designing fitness programs that aim for flexibility, strength, improvements in aerobic capacity and optimal body composition.
